Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice

This page explains how the personal data of visitors who contact us through the bakimo website is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, other relevant data protection principles.

1. Data Controller

Personal data collected through this website is processed by Keyplus Yazılım Donanım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (Görükle Dumlupınar Mah. Atatürk (500) Bulvarı, Ostaş-Geylan Plaza No: 7 Kat: 3 Daire: 35, Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye), acting as the data controller under the KVKK.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you fill out the contact, demo request or quote request form, we process your full name, company name, email address, phone number and message content. Google reCAPTCHA is used to prevent unwanted/automated (bot) submissions; as part of this, your IP address and browser/device information may be processed by Google LLC. Technical data related to site traffic (IP address, browser information) may be retained for a limited period through server logs.

3. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed to evaluate your request, respond to you, and carry out demo/quote and informational processes, based on the legal ground set out in Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK — processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Recipients of Transfers

Data submitted through the demo request and quote request forms is transferred to the internal tracking system of the same data controller (Keyplus Yazılım Donanım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.). Google reCAPTCHA, used to detect bot/unwanted form submissions, may transfer limited technical data (IP address, browser information) to Google LLC (USA). Other than this, your data is not shared with third parties.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing or by applicable law; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to object to processing. 7. Notice and Explicit Consent

This page is a notice under Article 10 of the KVKK; the processing activities described above are carried out on the legal basis stated in Section 3, without requiring your explicit consent. If a processing activity requiring explicit consent (such as marketing/newsletter communication) is added in the future, separate and explicit consent will be requested for that activity; you may withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Cookies

Beyond basic functionality, this site does not use third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes. If analytics/marketing cookies are added in the future, this page will be updated and the necessary consent mechanism will be provided.
