There is no setup fee on any plan — you can import your stock cards, machines and maintenance/fault definitions yourself using an Excel template. Custom integration needs on the Enterprise plan are scoped separately.
How is support provided?
You get email and phone support during business hours. You can also open and track a request through bakımo’s own Support module.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can move to a higher plan at any time, or downgrade if your needs decrease.
How does annual billing work?
With the annual plan you pay for 10 months instead of 12 (2 months free) — billed as a single payment.
Is integration with my accounting/ERP system included in every plan?
Excel-based data import is available on every plan. Integration with an accounting/ERP system such as Zirve, Mikro or Logo is scoped as a project on the Enterprise plan.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. After a demo call you can use the system free for 60 days — no credit card is required.
