Field and machine integration
PLC / Modbus / RS232 Machine Connection Pro and up
Production data is automatically collected from machines connected via PLC/Modbus/RS232. When production stops, the system detects it and opens a downtime record automatically; machine counters are updated with this real data and preventive maintenance triggers accordingly.
QR / Barcode Equipment Access
Scanning the QR code or barcode placed on a machine/equipment instantly brings up its open work order and maintenance history from the technician’s device.
Keyplus platform integration
Stock and Lot (FIFO) Tracking Plus and up
Maintenance material added to a work order generates a real stock issue with warehouse permissions and lot (FIFO) tracking; material cost automatically flows into maintenance cost. Stock movement is automatically reversed if a line is deleted or the work order is cancelled.
Sales and Purchasing Plus and up
Purchasing the spare parts needed for maintenance (order, delivery note, invoice) runs on the same platform — no need to re-enter data into a separate system.
CRM / Customer Accounts Plus and up
Supplier account balances and communication history are tracked in the same system for maintenance/service work outsourced to external contractors.
